The central government of India has released the PM Kisan Status 2025. All the farmers of India who have applied for the PM Kisan Yojana can now visit the official website and check the beneficiary payment status online. Under the 19th installment of PM Kisan Yojana the central government of India will provide INR 2000 to all the selected farmers. According to the information, the 19th installment of PM Kisan Yojana will be released on 24th February 2025, today. The Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi will visit Bhagalpur, Bihar today and will announce the launch of the 19th installment.

Since the launch of the PM Kisan Yojana, the Central Government of India has benefited a total of 11 crore farmers in India. The total financial assistance of INR 6000 will allow the farmers of India to enhance their farming equipment and uplift the overall farming quality. The central government of India has set up a total budget of INR 63,500 crore for the financial year 2025-26 under the scheme. Till now the central government of India has transferred a total of INR 20,000 crore into the bank account of all the selected beneficiaries.

Objective of PM Kisan Yojana
The main objective of launching the PM Kisan Yojana is to make living affordable and comfortable for the financially weak citizens of India working as a farmer. By using the installment money the farmers can buy various items necessary for farming like pesticides and other farming equipment. The PM Kisan Yojana is one of the most prestigious and successful schemes launched by the central government of India for the betterment of farmers in the country. To make the transfer of funds smooth the authorities will use the direct bank transfer (DBT) method.
Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent resident of India and a farmer by profession.
- The farmers or the members of the farmer family must hold cultivable land.
- Indian farmers who operate small and medium-sized farms are qualified to apply for the funds.
Ineligibility Criteria
- If any farmer is an institutional landholder he is not eligible to avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana.
- Farmers who have held or currently serve in government positions (constitutional posts, employees/officers in government ministries, PSUs, or local bodies) are not eligible.
- Current or former ministers, MPs (Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha), members of State Legislative Assemblies or Councils, District Panchayat Chairpersons, and Municipal Corporation mayors are excluded.
- Farmers are their family members who are currently paying income tax in the previous year’s assessment are eligible.
- Farmers who have retired with a pension of INR 10000 per month are not eligible, except for certain lower-level employees (Class IV or Group D).
- Families with professionals such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, and architects are ineligible for the scheme.

STEP 1: All the farmers who want to check the PM Kisan Status through pmkisan.gov.in are requested to visit the official PM Kisan website.
STEP 2: Once the farmer reaches the home page of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “know your status”.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the farmers must enter their registration number and captcha code and click on the option “Get OTP”.
STEP 4: After entering the OTP that have received the farmers must enter it and click on the option submit to complete their process.

STEP 1: All the farmers who want to check the PM Kisan Status through pfms.nic.in are requested to visit the official PFMS website.
STEP 2: Once the farmers reach the homepage of the official website they must click on the option called “check payment status” available on the dashboard.
STEP 3: Now the farmers must select PM Kisan in the category option along with the bank name and captcha code.
STEP 4: Now the farmers must enter either one of their beneficiary codes, account numbers, or application IDs.
STEP 5: After entering all the information the farmers muscular review with anti on the option “submit” to complete their process.
