The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched the LDA Anant Nagar Housing Scheme 2025. To provide affordable housing to the citizens of Lucknow city, ranging from different income groups, while also giving preference to the citizens who belong to the economically weaker section of the society, the Lucknow development authorities introduced the LDA Anant Nagar Housing Scheme. According to the information, a total of 334 plots are available for all the citizens, which can be purchased easily by visiting the official website and applying online. The plots will be given to the citizens on a first-come, first-served basi,s so citizens must quickly apply for the scheme online to avail the benefits.
About Lucknow Development Authority (LDA)
The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh state minister Mr. Yogi Adityanath, will inaugurate the LDA Anant Nagar Housing Scheme 2025 on 3rd April 2025. Under this initiative, the Lucknow development authorities will build a project that will cover a total of 785 acres, providing all kinds of facilities to the residents. According to the information, the total budget of INR 10,000 crore was implemented by the Lucknow development authorities for the construction of all the units under the initiative. The housing units can consist of a total of 1.5 Lakh citizens across the city.

Objective of LDA Anant Nagar Housing Scheme
The main objective of launching the LDA Housing Scheme is to build a housing society filled with all kinds of facilities at a very reasonable rate for the citizens of Lucknow city. To help the financially unstable citizens and those who belong to the economically weaker section of the society, the authorities have set aside a total of 3000 flats helping almost 25000 citizens who belong to the EWS category. This facility will provide affordable housing facilities to citizens who cannot afford very expensive houses.ย
