DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025
One of the schemes available under the DDA Three New Housing Scheme includes the DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025. Under this scheme, the authorities will provide flats at prominent locations across Delhi for all income classes the Delhi development authorities have announced the launch of the DDA Special Housing Scheme. DDA Sharmik Awas Yojana
One of the schemes available under the DDA Three New Housing Scheme includes the DDA Sharmik Awas Yojana 2025. Under this scheme, the authorities will provide housing facilities to financially weak citizens at a discount of 25%. All the citizens for the beneficiaries of the PM Vishwakarma scheme or working as a construction worker in Delhi are eligible to avail the benefits. All the flats under this scheme are available in the Narela region of Delhi and a total of 700 flats are available for the citizens. The citizens can apply for the scheme from 15th January 2025 and the last day to apply for the scheme is 31st March 2025.

DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana
One of the schemes available under the DDA Three New Housing Scheme includes the DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana. Under this scheme, the authorities will Give a special 25% discount to the citizens to belong to the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories. The flats under this scheme are available at prominent locations in Delhi including Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. The flats under the scheme will be allotted to the citizens on the basis of First Come First Serve and the discount is only available till 31st March 2025. The registration for the schemes will open on 6th January 2025 and the last date to apply for the scheme is 31st March 2025.
