The Delhi development authorities have launched the DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025. To provide affordable housing units to all the financially unstable citizens of Delhi who work as a construction worker, the DDA has introduced the DDA Shramik Awas Yojana. This scheme will allow the citizens who are financially weak and cannot afford a house to buy a housing unit at a discounted price. All the construction workers of Delhi who are registered under the Delhi Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) are eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme. About DDA Shramik Awas Yojana
The Delhi development authorities have approved the DDA Shramik Awas Yojana for the financially weak citizens of Delhi especially the citizens who are construction workers. Under this scheme, the authorities will provide housing facilities to financially weak citizens at a discount of 25%. Beneficiaries of the PM Vishwakarma scheme are also eligible to avail the benefits of the DDA Shramik Awas Yojana. All the flats under this scheme are available in the Narela region of Delhi and a total of 700 flats are available for the citizens. The citizens can apply for the scheme from 15th January 2025 and the last day to apply for the scheme is 31st March 2025.
