The Delhi Development Authority has extended the registration date for DDA Housing Scheme. To provide extra time to the citizens of Delhi to apply for the DDA Sabka Ghar Awas and Shramik Awas the authorities have decided to extend the last date of registration. According to the information because of the overwhelming response of the eligible citizens, the authorities have decided to extend the last date. The DDA will reopen the booking under both schemes on 9th April 2025 and the booking will remain open till 30th April 2025. During this period of time, the citizens can visit the official website and fill out the application form online.

About Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana
The Delhi Development Authority has launched the Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana to provide affordable housing facilities to the citizens of Delhi. According to the information a total of 828 new flats are available under this scheme for financially weak citizens. A total of 604 flats have been added in the Siraspur location under the scheme. In the Loknayakpuram area, a total of 204 additional flats have been added by the authority. It offers a 25% discount on flats for EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories in locations like Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur.
Eligibility Criteria
For EWS and LIG Flats (Discount for all categories):
- Auto rickshaw and cab drivers in Delhi with valid permits and registration before 31.12.2024.
- Street vendors and hawkers registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme.
- Women, war widows, and ex-servicemen.
- Recipients of Gallantry Awards or Arjuna Awards.
- Persons with disabilities (Divyangjan).
- Individuals belonging to SC/ST categories.

About Shramik Awas Yojana
The Delhi Development Authority has launched the Shramik Awas Yojana especially for the citizens who were working as a construction worker. Under this is came the authorities will provide housing facilities to the citizens at a discount of 25%. All the flats under this scheme are available in the Narela region of Delhi and a total of 700 flats are available for the citizens. The citizens can apply for the scheme from 15th January 2025 and the last day to apply for the scheme is 30th April 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent resident of Delhi.
- The citizens must want to purchase a house.
- The citizens must belong to the EWS category.
- The citizens must be a PM-Vishwakarma and PM-SVAnidhi Scheme, auto and cab drivers, women, and ex-servicemen.

- STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “Register”.
- STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must start entering their details like address details and other personal details.
- STEP 4: After entering all the details the citizens must quickly review with and click on the option “submit”.
- STEP 5: After successfully submitting the citizen’s account will be activated within 30 minutes and they can do the login process.

- STEP 1: All the citizens who were already registered under the DDA Special Housing Scheme can now visit the official website to login.
- STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “login”.
- STEP 3: Now the citizens must enter their credentials.
