Objective of Yeida Plot Scheme
The main objective of the YEIDA Plot Scheme is to provide land to people so that homes can be made by them near big places like Noida Airport, Film City and more important spots. The scheme was launched after land prices were made high, and now more people are being attracted to stay in this area which will help in growing the place. New houses will be built and jobs can be created when more families start coming here.
Eligibility Criteria
Here we have described the eligibility criteria for different categories under YEIDA Plot Scheme, which are as follows:
For General Category:
- The person applying must be 18 years old or more on the scheme date, otherwise if found younger, the plot will be taken back.
- Any Indian or NRI can apply, but only if they are not stopped by Indian or U.P. Government from buying land.
- One person can apply for only one plot, and if already got a plot or flat before, then this time the form will be cancelled.
- A Co-applicant is allowed but should be close family like parents, kids, brother or sister with proof.
- If husband and wife both apply and get plots, one plot must be given back in one month or both plots will be cancelled.
- No HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) or joint family can apply, only single person is allowed.
- Only individual people can apply, not private companies unless allowed by YEIDA.
For Reserved Category:
- The person must be 18 or older and should be legally allowed to sign contracts when applying.
- Only those who own or run companies whose land was taken by YEIDA or Jewar Airport can apply, but only if they didnโt get any plot before.
- The plot taken in this category cannot be sold or given to anyone for five years after getting it.
For Industrial People:
- Only those industries will be allowed who got their land from YEIDA before April 1, 2025 and have started working on it.
- No due money should be there from the industry like rent or premium, and No-Dues certificate is must.
- The name of Director or Trustee must already be updated in YEIDA records before the form is filled.
- If land was taken from someone else and they already got a plot, then the new industry can’t get a plot again.
- Even if the industry owns many places, still only one plot will be given to the owner or director.
- Religious or charitable trusts canโt apply for this scheme.
- A letter from the company must be given saying who is signing and applying.
- If not enough people apply in this group, the extra plots will go to general group.
- The plot taken under this canโt be sold or transferred for five years.
- Only those companies allowed by YEIDA can apply in this group.

For Farmers Whose Land Was Taken
- Only those farmers can apply whose land was taken or bought by YEIDA or for Jewar Airport without any fights or problems.
- If the farmer has died, legal family can apply but only one plot will be given and all family must agree on one name.
- If farmer or their family already got a plot or flat before, then this time they canโt apply again.
- All land money should be received by farmer before scheme ends, and no case should be filed against YEIDA.
- If land has many owners, all can apply but only one name will be picked in draw.
- The plot given in this case also canโt be sold for five years from the date it is given.
- A promise paper must be given on Rs. 100 stamp saying no fight is there and no land is taken forcefully.
- If land money was taken after any fight or case, then also farmer is not allowed.
- Farmer and all co-owners must give paper that they wonโt ask for more money later in court.
- If any of the above things are not true, then form will be cancelled and money will be returned without any extra interest.
- If not enough farmers apply, the remaining plots will go in lucky draw for general category.
