The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025. To provide housing opportunities to the homeless citizens of Noida and other nearby regions at a premium location, authorities have launched the Yeida Plot Scheme 2025. All the plots under the Yeida plot scheme are available near the Noida International Airport at a very premium location. According to the information, a total of 267 residential plots are available under the initiative that will be given to the selected citizens. The citizens are requested to visit the official website and fill out the registration form to apply for the residential plot.
About Yeida Residential Plot Scheme 2025
To provide premium residential plots to the citizens located near the Noida International Airport (Pocket-9B and Sector-18), the YEIDA authority has introduced the YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2025. All the citizens of Noida and nearby regions who want to purchase a residential slot under the scheme can start sending their application from 21st April 2025. The last day to send the application to purchase a residential plot under the scheme is 21st May 2025. After all the applications have been received, the allotment will be through a draw of lots of plot numbers. The plot size of all the plots available under the scheme is 200 square metres.

Eligibility Criteria

- The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
- All Indians/Non-Resident Indians who are neither in any way prohibited by the Government of India nor by the U.P. Government under any specific rules to purchase any immovable property in U.P. shall be eligible to apply.
- All the eligible citizens can only apply for one plot under this scheme of any category. Those who have been already allotted residential plots or flats in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this one.
- If it is found that the purchasing citizen’s wife or children or parents have any plot under the scheme already done the whole money will be forfeited by the authority.
- The citizens can apply in joint name (Co-Applicant) only if it is immediate family (mother/father/brother/sister/ son/ daughter/ husband/ wife) with proof of family relation. Other than these relations cannot apply.
- The citizens and his/ her spouse both can participate in the scheme. In case both of them are allotted plots, then, within one month of the date of allotment, one of the plots should be surrendered by the applicant’s husband or wife.
For reserved category:
- The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
- Only those citizens who are Industrial establishments or their managing Director/full-time Director(s)/Proprietor/Partner(s)/Trustee(s) and Tenure-holders/Co-tenure Holders of the land acquired by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority or in Jewar 6 Airport will be eligible, assuming they have not been allotted any residential plot/flat in the earlier schemes of the Authority.
