Eligibility Criteria
- The young citizens must be a permanent resident of Bihar State.
- The young citizens must be between the age group of 21 to 24 years.
- The young citizens must have cleared classes 10th, 12th, or graduated.
- The annual income of the young citizens’ family must not exceed INR 8 lakh.

Ineligibility Criteria
- All the citizens whose annual income is more than INR 8 lakh are not eligible to apply.
