The PM Daksh Portal for Divyangjan was first launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment of India on August 7, 2021.

About Divyangjan Kaushal Vikas
The Divyangjan Kaushal Vikas is one of the verticals of the PM Daksh Portal launched by the government of India. Under this initiative, the Government of India will provide skill development training to the citizens of India who are with disability of more than 40%. The facilities include Unique Disability Identity (UDID) based seamless registration, enabling enrolment in over 250+ skill development courses, and e-learning digital resources. With the help of this skill development training the disabled citizens will become job-ready to start a job using the specific skill they learn. The government will also provide study materials, as well as detailed information on the trainers.

The Rozgar Setu is one of the second verticals of the PM Daksh portal launched by the government of India. Through this platform, the Government of India will provide geo-tagged-based information on employment/earning opportunities within private companies as well as details about PwDs from all over India.
