The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has launched the YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme 2025. To provide affordable plots to the citizens who are living in Delhi and the Noida region, the YEIDA authorities have launched the YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme 2025. Under this initiative, citizens can purchase various residential plots located at premium locations. All the plots under this scheme are located at Sector-18, Pocket- 9B. The plots were also allotted to the citizens on a draw basis to make sure everyone has a fair chance of winning. The citizens can apply online to purchase a residential plot under the scheme.
About YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme
To allow the citizens to purchase residential plots at a reasonable rate, the authority has launched the Sector 18 Plot Scheme. The size of all the residential plots located under the scheme is 200 square metres. According to the information, a total of 276 plots are available to be purchased by the citizens. A total of 48 plots out of the total are reserved for farmers, and 14 plots are reserved for the functional industrial units category. The citizens can start sending their application for the scheme and make sure the last date to fill out the application is 21st May 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
For general category:
- The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
- All Indians/Non-Resident Indians who are neither in any way prohibited by the Government of India nor by the U.P. Government under any specific rules to purchase any immovable property in U.P. shall be eligible to apply.
- All the eligible citizens can only apply for one plot under this scheme of any category. Those who have been already allotted residential plots or flats in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this one.
- If it is found that the purchasing citizen’s wife or children or parents have any plot under the scheme already done the whole money will be forfeited by the authority.
- The citizens can apply in joint name (Co-Applicant) only if it is immediate family (mother/father/brother/sister/ son/ daughter/ husband/ wife) with proof of family relation. Other than these relations cannot apply.
- The citizens and his/ her spouse both can participate in the scheme. In case both of them are allotted plots, then, within one month of the date of allotment, one of the plots should be surrendered by the applicant’s husband or wife.

For reserved category:
- The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
- Only those citizens who are Industrial establishments or their managing Director/full-time Director(s)/Proprietor/Partner(s)/Trustee(s) and Tenure-holders/Co-tenure Holders of the land acquired by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority or in Jewar 6 Airport will be eligible, assuming they have not been allotted any residential plot/flat in the earlier schemes of the Authority.
