The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025 Draw Date. Recently, the authorities have launched the YEIDA Plot Scheme to provide residential plots to the citizens of Noida and nearby regions. Now the authorities have announced the draw date for all the residential plots available under the scheme. To provide a fair chance to all the citizens for the purchase of residential plots, the authorities will provide the residential plots based on draw method. All the citizens who are yet to submit their application for the residential plots under the scheme are requested to send an invitation before the last date, which is 21st May 2025.

YEIDA Plot RPS 09/2025 Scheme is a scheme launched by the Yeida authorities to provide plots to citizens who want to purchase and invest in residential plots. Under this scheme, all the plots are available at a premium location in Noida that is near the Noida International Airport. All the plots available under the scheme are around 200 square metres. According to the information, a total of 276 plots are available for all the citizens. The registration amount for all the general citizens under the YEIDA Plot RPS 09/2025 Scheme is INR 7 lakh.
