Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens can be a proprietor, partnership firm, LLP, private or public limited company, registered in India.
- Defaulters listed with YEIDA, NOIDA, or GNIDA are not eligible to apply.
- A separate application is required for each plot.
- Consortia up to 4 members are allowed.
- The lead member must hold at least 30% equity.
- Each consortium member must have at least 10% equity.
- Financial eligibility is based on proportional net worth, solvency, and turnover.
- If allotted, the consortium must form a Special Purpose Company (SPC) with the same ownership pattern.

Payment of Installment for Allotted Plots
- The citizens must pay a processing fee of INR 5,00,000 + GST and deposit 10% of the plot cost as EMD. Within 60 days of allotment, 40% of the total premium (adjusted for EMD) must be paid, and the remaining 60% is to be paid over two years in four half-yearly installments at 10% interest

- The application processing fees of INR 5 lakh plus 18% GST must be paid by the citizens under the YEIDA Group Housing Plot.
