- STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the home page of the official website, they must locate and click on the option called “apply for new ration card”.
- STEP 3: Now the application form will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must start filling out the application form by entering their address details.
- STEP 4: Under the address details section, the citizens of Odisha state first enter their present residential address, permanent residential address, and duration of stay in the present address.
- STEP 5: After entering the details the citizens can now click on the option “next” to reach on the next page.
- STEP 6: A new page will now appear on your desktop screen where citizens will enter their Ration card details, including the type of ration card they want to apply along with PDS details.

- STEP 10: The last page will appear on your desktop screen, the citizens must enter all the details on the last page, including the distribution company, electrical division, electricity consumer number, and electricity connection owner, proof of residence, proof of Identity, mobile number, etc.
