The Jaipur Development Authority has launched the Patel Nagar JDA Scheme 2025. To provide affordable plots to the citizens of Jaipur city who belong to the middle-income group the JDA has launched the Patel Nagar JDA Scheme. This scheme is a significant step of the Jaipur Development Authority in providing an affordable investment opportunity in real estate to all the citizens who belong to the MIG category. According to the information a total of 270 plots are available under the scheme. The plots are located in Khori-Ropada (Zone-10) adjacent to the ring road near Heritage City on Agra Road. The last date to register under the scheme is 13th February 2025.

What is Patel Nagar JDA Scheme
The Patel Nagar JDA scheme is a scheme launched by the Jaipur Development Authority that aims to provide affordable plots to citizens belonging to middle-income households. This scheme was launched by the authorities on 14th January 2025 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. With the help of this scheme citizens can purchase plots at an affordable rate and a total of 270 plots are available. There are two categories of plots available MIG “A” and MIG “B”, under MIG “A” the size of the plots is between 76-120 sqm and the price is INR 18,000 per sqm on the other hand MIG “B” includes plots between 121-220 sqm and the price starts from INR 18,500 per sqm.

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent residents of Rajasthan state.
- The citizens must have lived in Jaipur City for at least 10 years.
- The citizens must be above the age of 18 years.
- The citizen must not own a residential plot or house in Jaipur.
- The annual income of the citizen family must be between INR 6 lakh to 12 lahks under the MIG “A” category and INR 12 lakh and 18 lakh under MIG “B”.

Online Registration
STEP 1: All the citizens of Jaipur City who clear the eligibility criteria are requested to visit the official JDA website to register for the Patel Nagar JDA Scheme 2025 online.
STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “apply for registration”.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter their name and mobile number and click on the option “send OTP”.
STEP 4: The citizens must enter the OTP that day have received and click on the option “proceed”.
STEP 5: Now the registration form will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter all the details that are asked and click on the option “submit” to complete their process.
Allotment Process
- The allotment process of the plots under the scheme will be done on the basis of a lottery system.
- After the selection of the lottery, the citizens must download the application form from the official website, attach a recent photograph, and submit it along with a signed affidavit/document within 21 days to the respective designated office.
- The citizens must make sure that all the documents will be available including sworn affidavits, income certificates, aadhar cards, and other essential documents.
- Once all the documents are submitted the concerned officer will issue a demand letter for the submission of the required payment.
- The citizens must deposit the required amount within 30 days of the issuing of the demand letter, the payment must be done through Bank challan or online transfer through RTGS or NEFT.
