With the help of the online system for checking the payment status the female students did not have to visit any government office and waste their time and effort. To check the second installment paper payment status online the female students just need to enter the bank and bank account number.
About Nijut Moina Scheme
The Assam state government announced the launch of the Nijut Moina Scheme to help the female students of the Assam state to pursue higher education. Under this scheme, the Assam state government will provide financial assistance of INR 1000 to all the selected female students monthly. This financial assistance is given so that female students can complete their education without worrying about financial troubles. To ensure privacy and security during the fund transfer process the state government will transfer the funds through the DBT process. Female students studying in classes 11 and 12th are eligible to avail the benefits of the Nijut Moina Scheme.
Amount Released Under Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment
According to the chief minister of Assam state every month the Assam state government distributes a total of INR 18.39 crore among the selected female students. A total of 1.64 lakh female students of Assam state will receive the financial benefit under the second installment of the scheme. For the smooth implementation of the scheme, the Assam state government has set up a total budget of INR 240 crore. In the next 3 years, The Assam state government aims to cover a total of 10 lakh female students under the scheme.

STEP 1: All the female students of Assam state who want to check the Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment Online and now visit the PFMS Portal by clicking on the link here.
STEP 2: Once the female students reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “Know your payment”.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the female students must enter their bank account number and captcha code.
