Anant Nagar Yojana Launched
To provide housing facilities to the citizens of Lucknow city, the LDA has launched the Anant Nagar Yojana. Under this scheme, the authorities will build housing infrastructure across 800 acres of land in a premium location of Lucknow, providing residency to a total of 1.5 Lakh citizens. Under this project, the LDA will build a total of 10,000 flats and 7 plotted sectors. The authorities will also build a total of 5000 flats, especially for the citizens who belong to the economically weaker section of the society. The total budget of INR 7000 crore was set up by the Lucknow Development Authority for the smooth implementation of the Anant Nagar Yojana.
