About KSRTC Arogya Scheme
The Chief Minister of Karnataka state Mr Siddaramaiah has announced the launch of the KSRTC Arogya Scheme on 6th January 2025. Under this scheme, a total of 34000 employees of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation will avail the benefits of free Medical Services. According to the information a total of 275 hospitals across Karnataka state have been affiliated under this scheme including Private hospitals. To provide all the facilities the Karnataka state government will deduct INR 650 from the total salaries of all the employees of KSRTC. For the smooth implementation of the scheme, the Karnataka state government has set up a total budget of INR 20 crores.
