The Rajasthan state government has announced the launch of the JDA Jaipur New Residential Scheme (Atal Vihar and Govind Vihar) 2025. To provide affordable residential plots to the citizens of Jaipur city of Rajasthan, the authorities have launched the JDA’s new residential scheme. The new residential scheme launched by the Jaipur Development Authority was specially designed for the citizens who belong to the LIG and EWS category. All the citizens who want to avail the benefits of the scheme are requested to fill out the application form before the last date which is 29th January 2025.

The Jaipur Development Authorities also known as JDA is a government body that works for the industrial development of Jaipur. The Jaipur development authorities have launched various schemes on 15th December 2025 for the residents of the state. The scheme launched by JDA authorities includes Atal Vihar Yojana and Govind Vihar Yojana. These schemes are launched to boost affordable housing availability, enhancing the region’s real estate landscape while catering to the housing needs of various income groups. With the help of these schemes, the authorities will give a chance to citizens who belong to the middle-class family to invest in real estate by purchasing affordable plots. The registration for the scheme will start from 18th January 2024 and the last date to apply for the scheme is 29th January 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- The citizens must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state and living in Jaipur for at least 10 years.
- The annual income of the citizen family must not exceed-
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Annual income up to INR 3,00,000.
- LIG (Low-Income Group): Annual income between INR 3,00,001 to INR 6,00,000.
- MIG-B (Middle-Income Group-B): Annual income between INR 12,00,001 to INR 18,00,000.
- HIG (High-Income Group): Annual income between INR 18,00,001 to INR 20,00,000.
- The citizens must be above the age of 18 years.
- The selected citizens or their spouses must not own a residential plot or house in Jaipur city.
