During the event, Mrs. Lakshmi Ravindra Hebbalkar released information regarding the launch of the pending installments and the increase in honorarium under the scheme. About Gruhalakshmi Scheme Installment Release Date
The Women and Child Development Minister Mrs. Lakshmi Ravindra Hebbalkar of Karnataka state announced that the scheme pending installments will be released after 31st March 2025. Till now a total of 16 installments have been released by the Karnataka state government and the 17th installment is expected to be released after 31st March 2025 as announced by the state officials. The financial assistance under the scheme will allow the female citizens of Karnataka state to become financially independent and carry out their expenses on their own. The Karnataka state officials also announced that the state government aims to enhance the honorarium by INR 750 for Anganwadi and INR 500 for assistance.
