Eligibility Criteria
- The farmers must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
- The farmers must belong to rural areas and must be small and marginal farmers.
- Landless Agricultural Households (rural landless laborers whose primary source of income is agriculture) are eligible to apply under this scheme.
