The Telangana state government has announced a major update under the Rythu Bharosa Scheme. The major update under the Telangana Rythu Bharosa scheme is the state government released the third installment among all the selected beneficiaries on 12th February 2025. During a special program in Hyderabad Telangana, the agriculture minister of Telangana state Mr Tummala Nageshwar Rao distributed the third installment among all the selected farmers. The scheme’s 3rd installment is also the first installment of the year 2025 for the Rabi crop season. Rs 707.55 Cr Released Under Rythu Bharosa
During the distribution of the financial assistance under the scheme the Telangana state officials have released a total amount of INR 707.55 crore. A total of 8.66 lakh farmers across Telangana state have received the financial assistance under the Rythu Bharosa Third Installment with a land holding of 11.79 lakh acre. Overall the Telangana state government has released an amount of INR 3487 crore among more than 44 lakh farmers of Telangana state. Under the third installment of the Rythu Bharosa scheme, the farmers of Telangana state will receive financial assistance of INR 6000.

The main objective of launching the Rythu Bharosa scheme is to allow the farmers of Telangana state to become financially independent. Using financial assistance the farmers of Telangana state can buy various necessities like food grains, cooking oils, and other essentials like education for their children and healthcare facilities.
