To provide permanent house to all the citizens of Odisha state who do not have a pucca house the Odisha state government has launched the Odisha PMAY Gramin Online. With the help of this scheme, the financially unstable citizens of Odisha state will receive financial assistance from the State Government for the construction of their own houses. According to the information from the central government of India the beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of INR 70,000 to 1.2 lakh in urban areas and INR 70,000 to 1.3 lakh in hilly areas for the construction of houses.

Eligibility Criteria
Universe of Eligible Beneficiaries:
- Includes all homeless individuals and households.
- Households living in zero, one, or two-room houses with kutcha walls and kutcha roofs, as per SECC data.
- Subject to the exclusion process described in Annexure-I.
Prioritization Criteria:
- Priority is based on housing deprivation parameters, focusing on:
- Social categories: SC/ST, Minorities, and Others.
- Level of houselessness.
- A number of rooms: zero, one, and two (in this order).
- Within social categories, households living in houses with fewer rooms are prioritized over those with more rooms.
Compulsory Inclusion Criteria defined as SECC
- Households with no adult members between the ages of 16 to 59.
- Female-headed households with no adult male members between the ages of 16 to 59.
- Households with no literate adult above 25 years of age.
- Households with any disabled member and no able-bodied adult member.
- Landless households derive a major part of their income from manual casual labor.

- Households with higher deprivation scores are ranked higher within subgroups.

Identification and Selection of Beneficiary
- The Odisha state government has started doing the identification and selection of beneficiaries by conducting PMAY Gramin house-to-house surveys.
- The house-to-house surveys will be completed within 8 to 6 days as announced by the Panchayati Raj minister of Odisha state Mr. Rabi Narayan Naik.
- According to the information, more than 15 lakh applications are expected to be received by the Odisha state government after the completion of the survey.

Preparation of Beneficiary List

STEP 1: All the citizens of Odisha state who want to apply for the PMAY Gramin online are requested to visit the official Odisha PMAY Gramin Portal.
STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must click on the option called โData Entryโ under the heading “Awassoftโ.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must click on the option โloginโ under the heading โDATA ENTRY For AWAAS+โ.
STEP 4: Now the citizens must complete the login process by entering their email ID and password along with the captcha code and clicking on the option โloginโ.
STEP 5: The application form will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
STEP 6: After entering all the details the citizens must quickly review it and click on the option โsubmitโ to complete their process.
